These Terms and Conditions apply to all enquiries, sales, services, installations, and use of systems provided by Alteon and its entities, including Alteon USA LLC and Alteon India, through this website or otherwise, unless superseded by a separately signed agreement.
2. System Descriptions and Pricing
We take care to ensure all system information on this website is accurate. However, specifications, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. All pricing is confirmed in writing at the time of quotation.
3. Enquiries and Orders
Submissions through our contact and enquiry forms do not constitute a confirmed order. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed purchase agreement and payment as per the agreed terms. Full or staged payment terms are specified in individual project agreements.
4. Delivery and Installation
Estimated delivery and installation timelines are indicative only. Alteon is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics, customs clearance, or site readiness.
5. Warranty
All systems are covered under a standard manufacturer warranty. Warranty scope, duration, and coverage specifics are provided in writing at the time of purchase. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation by a third party, or failure to follow operating guidelines.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alteon excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or inability to use our systems or services.
7. Contraindications and End User Responsibility
Alteon supplies systems to operators, developers, and wellness facilities. It is the responsibility of the operator to ensure that all end users of installed systems are appropriately screened for contraindications prior to use. A list of known contraindications is available upon request for each system category.
8. No Medical Claims
Alteon supplies wellness and clinical-grade infrastructure. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any clinical outcomes referenced are based on third-party research and are not guarantees of individual results. Medical-grade systems are intended for use under appropriate clinical supervision.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including copy, imagery, system names, branding, and documentation, is the property of Alteon and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
10. Confidentiality
Client information, project details, and pricing shared in the course of an engagement are treated as confidential. Full client reference lists and case studies are available only under a signed non-disclosure agreement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the client is based. For clients in India, the laws of the Republic of India apply. For clients in the UAE, the laws of the United Arab Emirates apply. For clients in the United States, the laws of the State of New York apply.
12. Force Majeure
Alteon is not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, or international trade conditions.
13. Amendments
Alteon reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
